KIDs

Everyone the app knows. A KID that is not on this list cannot sign in or book anything.

Click a row to edit it. Drag a column divider to widen it, or double-click the divider to fit the widest value; the widths are remembered. Click a heading to sort.

Add a person

A new hire is bookable the moment this is saved — no deploy needed. The KID must match the one in the identity system: one letter followed by 4 or 5 digits.

Keep the repo in sync

Changes made here are written to the live roster, not to the two files in the repository — and npm run migrate re-seeds the live roster from those files, rebuilding access groups wholesale. Running it from an out-of-date checkout would therefore undo edits made on this page and silently revoke access. After changing anything here, download both files and commit them over app/data/.
